DOES THRIVE DELIVER WORLDWIDE?
Yes, you can get your THRIVE fix wherever you are in the world. If you don’t see your country in our options list, drop us a quick message and we will help you out at sales@thriveswim.com.
HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
We offer various domestic shipping options in the United States, choose your shipping speed at check out where calculated rates are provided. For international orders, we offer USPS, UPS and DHL options for you to choose from. Depending on where you are in the World, you may have to pay duties or taxes on top of your order. You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Final sale/clearance items are nonreturnable, nonexchangeable, and nonrefundable.
Whilst we hope that you’ll never want to part with your THRIVE swim pieces, we know that sometimes things don’t run so smoothly, that’s why we offer 30 day exchanges and refunds on all our items. We only ask that the following requirements are met: The items must be in the original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including the hygiene seal. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method excluding the original shipping cost.

ARE RETURNS FREE?
Unfortunately we can only offer Free Returns for US Customers Only, due to current Shopify capabilities. If you are an International Customer, you will have to pay to return your item.
Exchanges are free of charge for all customers. Please contact sales@thriveswim.com to organise an exchange or for help returning an item.
HOW DO I ORGANIZE A RETURN?
For US Customers, you can start a returns request here. For International Customers please send an email to sales@thriveswim.com and we will help you with your request. Our warehouse is based in California.
We will aim to process your return as quickly as possible.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE / REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
Whilst we'll try to organise your return as fast as possible, please allow us up to 7 days to process your return. If you're exchanging, we will send your new piece/s out once your product has been received back to our warehouse. We will then email you with a new tracking number. If you're refunding, we will refund you through the same method you used to pay and email you once complete. Refunds will happen once product is received by our warehouse.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES AND TAXES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?
Depending on where you are in the world, you may have to pay duties or taxes on top of your order. You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. Please be aware that THRIVE does not have any control for any duties, customs, and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. Unfortunately, we cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country so it’s best to contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of any fees.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?
THRIVE swimwear guarantees our clothing to be free from damage or manufacturer defect for the first 30 days from the date of order as long as you follow our care instructions closely. THRIVE suits are delicately made with love and will experience normal "wear and tear" over time. If your item is damaged or defective upon receipt, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your item/s and we will happily exchange the unwashed/unworn item (in its original condition) for the same item at no extra cost.
WHAT ARE YOUR CARE INSTRUCTIONS?
THRIVE suits are constructed of the finest fabrics and little details that can be extremely delicate in nature. Some of our suits (specifically the HERA collection) are similar to fine lingerie and must be looked after in the same delicate manner. Swimwear and Activewear is to be hand-washed in cold water, reshaped whilst wet & hung loose to dry; Do not bleach. Take extra care with any delicate mesh or trims.
Always read the garments care label.
Please note: Sunscreen, lotions, oils and chlorine can cause discoloration; this is not a manufacturing fault.
DO YOU USE PROMOTIONAL CODES?
We love to spoil our customers and may even surprise them (shhhh…..) with promotional codes from time to time. All our promo codes are case sensitive so please be sure you are entering them correctly. Only one promotional code can be used per order.
